Announcing Debut album by Several Recs

We are  happy to announce the debut release of Front Runner, by electro-pop solo act Several Recs on 8/13/13.  Front Runner was written, recorded, mixed and mastered by Lucas Carlyle. With clever melodies, glitchy analog synths and well-crafted electronic drums at every corner, Front Runner keeps upbeat momentum alive while maintaining a laid back mood.

Happy NIKU Release Day!

Niku’s new EP drops today! Including post-punk collaborations with Ravenna Woods’ Chris Cunningham, an ambient epic featuring glam poet okanomodé, and some strange instrumentals, ‘Body Perspective‘ has something for all.

Available in digital form only at iTunes and Amazon.
Download album art for free (PDF) - featuring the paintings of NYC-based artist Ryan Scully

We want to celebrate by sharing another track from it, called ‘Monolithic’. It’s a groovy, perhaps manically happy instrumental.

Also, “We Still Fight”, (feat. Chris Cunningham of Ravenna Woods) is still up for free download:

And lastly, for those in the Seattle area, be sure to make it out to the album release show on June 7th!
